The Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver has completed a major renovation of standard guest rooms and public spaces, which were unveiled today.
The hotel is located on Vancouver’s waterfront, with public rooms and guest rooms which offer commanding views of the mountain and ocean vistas that attract visitors from around the world. Guest rooms have been redesigned in a manner that “embraces the feel of modern day Italian elegance”. The hotel has long used birdseye maple as their signature wood, in sandy tones, which are now complimented with hues of blues and greys. Bathrooms have been redesigned with separate washroom and W.C. and are promoted as “spa-like”, with attractive lighting sconces and clean, uncomplicated lines. In guest and conference spaces alike, the designers have taken full advantage of natural light and drawn inspiration from the flora of the region, as the hotel sits adjacent to Vancouver’s famed woodland Stanley Park.
The next stage of renovations will refresh the Pacific Club Lounge and Club Floors, billed as a “hotel within a hotel”. The Pacific Club Lounge offers concierge services, complimentary breakfast, and evening hors d’oeuvres.
First constructed in 1986, the hotel was last renovated in 2009. Pan Pacific Hotels, based in Singapore, owns and operates hotels in the Asia/Pacific Region and four hotel properties in North America: three in Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia, and one in Seattle, Washington.
